Duties:

• Handle excessive extent of phone calls, which can be referred to as for extraordinary purposes, from our visitor
• Offer one-stop first-rate guest services promptly
• Function lodge name middle structures and applications in a correct and green way

Basic Qualifications:

• Capability to speak fluent Cantonese, English, and Putonghua (Nonchinese talking applicants are welcome!)
• Potential to mirror a professional photo whilst retaining guest privacy
• Capability to carry out in a fast-paced and on occasion disturbing working environment
• Excellent group player, self-initiative and sturdy sense of responsibility
• Full-Time availability is required. This position is complete-Time and calls for complete availability for any shift, including overnight shifts

Favored qualifications:

• Preferably with previous work revel in in lodge, consumer services, or tourism enterprise
• Ideally with tertiary training qualification from resort, Hospitality or Tourism management publications
• Ideally with laptop competencies and know-how in Microsoft office packages (phrase, Excel, PowerPoint) and chinese language word processing
