Workplace Operations and Programs are your responsibility as a Senior Manager of Workplace for a number of manufacturing, research and development, and office locations in the Bay Area.

What You'll Do:

• Deal with a group of Working environment Bosses, Venture, and Program Chiefs
• Maintain and repeat on functional rules to convey top tier administrations to Tesla representatives and visitors
• Oversee everyday activities of Work environment scopes by laying out and executing standard techniques for group tasks, administration conveyance and revealing. Amplify productivity through the compelling usage of resources and site assets
• Keep up with staff by enlisting, choosing, arranging, and preparing representatives; keeping the workplace safe and secure; developing opportunities for personal development

Strategically manage team compensation, promotions, and merit raises. Proactively partner with key resources and effectively implement best practices for vendor management. Organize the operations of the location to increase workplace efficiency and effectiveness. Coordinate and supervise the work of vendors, business partners, and contractors. Look over plans and proposals to figure out how long things will take and what resources are needed. Develop strategies to address the problem areas you've identified. Create, maintain, and enhance strong customer relationships across various levels of the organization Act as the subject matter expert for both our client and the Workplace team.

• What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) Ten years of experience in Workplace Operations, Facilities Services, or a closely related function. Five years of experience as a people manager.
• Partner with production, engineering, and admin team leadership to ensure that we are supporting their key objectives at all times. Responsible for reporting and alignment within the department budget.
• Expertise in managing complex projects and workflow to ensure efficiency and exceptional results Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where priorities change frequently
