As an Upkeep Specialist for the Publix Pastry shop Plant you'll use cutting edge instruments and industry best norms to keep up with, investigate, fix, and work on the exhibition of a wide cluster of gear. Our Pastry shop Plant produces grant winning items like breads, rolls, treats, pies, cakes, biscuits, danish, dry blends, fillings, icings, and frosts.

Without our Support Specialists, the Publix Bread shop Plant just couldn't create the volume and nature of items expected to serve our clients. Our two pastry kitchen plants are situated in Lakeland, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia.

One of the accompanying positions is accessible: Support Expert Class A, B, or C.

The position offered is dependent upon the capabilities and work insight of the competitor.

 

Obligations include:

Foster an information base of plant upkeep including:

Keep up with investigate, fix, and work on the mechanical cycles of the gear/offices at the Assembling plant,

Perform protection upkeep and prescient support of cycle hardware all through the plant,

Investigate and fix mechanical, electrical, electronic, water powered and pneumatic gear,

Make orders required for parts and supplies,

Construct steel, hardened steel and aluminum creations as expected for process improvement,

Weld stick, TIG, clean TIG, and Mig,

Investigate PLC and PC controlled gadgets,

Perform minor pipes, building fix, and support,

Peruse and decipher schematics and drawings,

Work forklift, high lift, and so forth.,

Perform housekeeping obligations in the workspace and

Help with different obligations as relegated.

Required Capabilities
