The Security Engineering and Architecture (SEAR) of Apple is used to secure the operating system in all of its cutting-edge products, including Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Apple TV.

 Important Qualities.

•  Dedicated team player with a genuine passion for recognizing, understanding, and reducing cyber threats.
•  thorough knowledge of threat intelligence cycle and cyber operations.
•  five or more years' worth of expertise in threat analysis.
•  understanding how to disassemble highly complex threat actor campaigns, including their infrastructure, malware, and victim endpoints.
•  a capacity for organizing difficult problems into doable tasks and completing those tasks.
•  internal familiarity with iOS and macOS.
•  outstanding attention to detail.

 Description.

 You will be given a wide range of skills that will enable you to succeed as threats continue to change and allow you to analyze cyberthreats to our users' devices. You'll be expected to work with security engineers and researchers to quickly commercialize new security methods and tools that address the intricate requirements of mobile and distributed computing. •  Understand and analyze the growth of exploit in gray markets.
•  * Work in a team setting with security researchers to contextualize decision-makers' access to cyber threat intelligence and advance solutions.
•  * Develop cutting-edge defenses against cyberthreats that safeguard privacy, usability, and user experience in collaboration with security engineers.
•  * Work closely with outside partners to support initiatives involving cyber threat intelligence.
•  * Occasionally traveling, but primarily working from home.

 Pay and Benefits.

•  One element of our total compensation at Apple is base pay, which has a range. This gives you the opportunity to advance as you gain knowledge and skill in a role. Your skills, qualifications, experience, and location will all affect your base salary. The base pay for this job ranges from $136,000 to $207,000.
