 Every single time, the Tesla Advisor provides our customers—past, present, and future—with an incredible educational, immersive, and thrilling experience. They also enjoy special delivery days. They represent Tesla and serve as our brand ambassadors, supporting us in our goal of hastening the transition of the entire world to renewable energy.

 From the moment a customer enters one of our showrooms to learn more about Tesla until the day of delivery, you will assist them as a Tesla Advisor. You will help us create one of the most innovative purchasing and delivery experiences ever, on par with the vehicle we have created.

 If you want to succeed at Tesla, you need to be driven, organized, and diligent. You should have a strong commitment to renewable energy and be able to provide excellent customer service. Teamwork is required to achieve the highest level of success, even though individual efforts will also be recognized. Those who work as a team to make their teammates successful will be rewarded.

 The strategy you'll use.

•  Make sure to personally and promptly greet walk-in customers with the goal of starting a conversation and making them feel welcome.
•  Through calls, emails, texts, and outbound events, draw in and educate prospective customers as well as current owners about Tesla's product line and to address any queries they may have.
•  By gathering customer contact information, scheduling test drives, and providing transportation for those who exhibit either potential or actual purchase intent, you can help Tesla maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
•  Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly delivery and sales targets by exceeding your own personal sales and KPI goals.
•  effectively advertise, sell, and support the delivery and installation of the entire Tesla eco-system.
•  Give customers the best support possible throughout the entire sales, delivery, and installation processes, as well as ongoing assistance for the duration of ownership.
•  Before the delivery appointment, charge and stage customer vehicles.
•  Conduct a thorough vehicle orientation for new owners that is tailored to their needs and comfort level as individuals.
•  Upon delivery, execute customer documents.
•  Demonstrate your expertise in all Tesla products and services. Keep an eye on local EV industry trends and incentives.
•  Directly deliver goods to customers' homes from delivery centers.
•  Follow through on any additional instructions given to you to meet business requirements.

 What You're Bringing.

•  At least one year of proven success in exceeding goals in sales and/or customer service.
•  profound optimism, zeal, and passion for the transformations taking place in the personal transportation industry.
•  the ability to understand and convey technical and business concepts.
•  a strong sense of teamwork and dependability.
•  strong communication and organizational abilities, as well as superb detail-orientedness.
•  knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
•  the ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings in a retail environment.
•  the ability to obtain the required state licensing, if necessary.
•  Must be at least 18 years old, possess a current driver's license, and have a record of careful driving.
•  Before being hired, the applicant must be able to pass a background investigation.
