Obligations:

• Performing break/fix on all retail location equipment (iPads, printers, scanners, charge card machines, and so on.)
• Working with our retail location seller to chip away at any updates, bugs and breaks to our retail location programming
• Collaborating with our Organization Backing Specialist to investigate any association issues with any of our retail location frameworks
• Keeping up with our armada of Visa machines, and ensuring they safely associate with the web
• Supporting issues with our backend stock administration programming
• Setting up and putting in new retail location frameworks and Visa machines depending on the situation
• Obtaining new gear for supplanting maturing equipment
• Supervise online store to guarantee it is appropriately working for all US and UK locales; help senior supervisors with website updates or installment issues
• Working with our product head supervisors to further develop deals on our internet based stores
• Overseeing support tickets with merchant to guarantee ideal updates and goals are occurring
• Conveying to all retail groups at the performance centers the situation with open tickets and fixes
• Plan and go to gatherings with outsider help groups depending on the situation to keep up with appropriate activities of all retail works at store level and administrative center cycles
• Offering nearby help during selling periods when issues emerge; watching offering periods at our shows to recognize client conduct to assist with further developing our deals processes
