•  3 years of experience in security operations, security assurance/compliance, vulnerability management, incident management, or security assessments.
•  understanding of SIEM, identity/access management, system administration, network security, data protection, security log analysis, and pen testing.
•  As required, travel can take up to 20% of the time.
•  Included in preferred qualifications.
•  a master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a comparable field.
•  The following credentials or equivalent experience are acceptable: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).
•  understanding of the industry's compliance and security standards and frameworks, such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 1 and 2.
•  understanding of automating IT processes using scripting and coding.

 About the position.

•  You'll help the business deliver the entire set of Mandiant Advantage platform capabilities, such as security validation, threat intelligence, attack surface management, and alert investigation and prioritization. In this role, you will be in charge of managing the customer experience and engagement. This entails supporting clients with Mandiant Advantage usage planning, overseeing platform deployment, identifying early successes, and promoting operational application of the solution.
•  The responsibility of the Mandiant Advantage Customer Success team is to help clients with the architecture, deployment, and adoption of the Mandiant Advantage Platform in order to improve their ability to detect, block, alert, and respond to cyber security threats.
•  The dynamic cyber defense, threat intelligence, and incident response services are all pioneered by Mandiant, a well-known innovator. Mandiant leverages years of first-hand experience to assist organizations in feeling confident in their ability to thwart and respond to cyberthreats. Mandiant is currently a part of Google Cloud.
•  The US base salary for this full-time position ranges from $114,000 to $168,000 with bonuses, equity, and benefits. Our pay scales are influenced by our roles, levels, and locations.  Responsibilities.

•  Provide advice and direction on the deployment, configuration, and adoption of Mandiant Advantage to help customers more effectively detect, block, alert, and react to cyber security threats.
•  Work with the Mandiant Advantage Engineering teams to develop suggested features and product improvement ideas.
•  Assist customers with technical problems and serve as a technical security advisor.
