 This technical program manager will manage significant cross-functional projects that will have an impact on numerous teams both within the games product organization and across the entire company. In addition to the Netflix Game Studios company, the position will forge alliances with product, engineering, and peer technical program managers.

 As our portfolio of mobile and cloud games grows, the objective of this position is to continuously improve our relationships with game developers, the effectiveness of the Netflix game development lifecycle, and Netflix Game Studios' ability to manage operational scale.

 Responsibilities.

•  In collaboration with product, engineering, design, and data science, lead numerous cross-functional projects that offer technical answers to our expanding operational scale requirements and game development lifecycle experience needs.
•  With the help of engineering partners, develop technical strategies by bringing in-depth domain knowledge.
•  Increasing partner involvement, deconstructing requirements into technical execution plans with quantifiable milestones, effectively optimizing scope and schedule, handling cross-functional dependencies, and proactively managing risks are all examples of good project management practices.
•  To keep stakeholders and leadership informed of the situation, create an effective communication of goal-related progress.

 Requirements.

•  a minimum of four years of experience in managing technical programs.
•  demonstrated proficiency in managing the definition of technical strategies, in charge of large-scale software projects, and in creating scalable long-term solutions.
•  profound understanding of the lifecycle and procedures related to game development.
•  Highly capable, experienced, and enjoys juggling a variety of programs with many moving parts and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
•  recognizing gaps in solutions, discussing technical approaches, and voicing opinions on product vs. Technology trade-offs.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain the technical limitations and business impact specific to the audience.
•  Self-starter who takes pride in tackling 0–1 problem areas and providing order and direction right away.
