 Immediately, DHL has an opening for a Systems Support Engineer. This role provides assistance to the users, systems, and applications related to DHL's Automated Sort Facilities. You'll be responsible for providing technical expertise regarding cutting-edge IT auto sort technologies and facilitating problem resolution with technically difficult software and integration solutions in a time-critical environment, in addition to supporting desktops, printers, phones, network hardware, scales, and other office equipment in a warehouse setting.

 Key Accountabilities:.

•  For DHL's international auto sort systems, application support is available for SATS, Tier2, and SCADA.
•  With assistance from application vendors, ITS, and RACC, problem escalation and recovery are managed.
•  Software updates and security patches should be encouraged frequently.
•  To resolve outstanding issues, nudge vendors and ITS.
•  Control and testing of the technical quality of domain-specific solutions.
•  Make the application-related policies and documentation.
•  Support site deployment activities if necessary.
•  Changes to the Auto Sort system should be subjected to application testing and certification.
•  Support the deployment of IT systems as necessary.
•  Desktop support for the hardware and users of our hub, gateway, and aviation operations.
•  Network Infrastructure Support.

 Qualifications and skills:.

•  having worked in IT for between one and three years.
•  support for desktops has been acquired.
•  strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
•  Independent working abilities in a demanding, time-constrained environment.
•  experience with the technologies required for the position of at least one year.
