 This position, which is located in Oklahoma City, OK, is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources (HR) Department (Benefits, HR, Leave of Absence, Compliance, and Projects), including attending meetings related to departmental projects, engaging in analytical and technical support tasks, SAP human resources information system tasks, and configuring and programming of Benefits/HR systems. The reporting person for this salaried, full-time, exempt position is the Director of Employee Benefits.

 Responsibility includes, among other things:.

  •  participates in and supports SAP's human resources information system (HRIS) meetings, updates, training, and education. finds, suggests, and executes ongoing process and policy changes.
  •  serves as the point of contact between outside vendors and the department of information systems to facilitate the resolution of system-related issues.
  •  The testing, configuration, patches, and upgrades of SAP, Kronos, the Benefits Enrollment System, and any other Benefits/HR systems that may be necessary.
  •  Writes code and configuration programming in SAP and Kronos for all benefit plans, paid time off benefits, the FMLA, and state leave of absence regulations.
  •  The functional specification requirements of the system are established after consulting end users, and changes are implemented and dealt with as they arise.
  •  the creation and implementation of a testing strategy, as well as the development of testing scripts, patches, and fixes for the current system configuration. ensures that the setup instructions for the system are up to date at all times.
  •  is a backup for the monthly billing of the Life, Optional Life, and Long Term Disability Plans.
  •  They are responsible for EEO-1 reporting, annual audits, and other related tasks like census reports, different queries, and necessary excel reports.
  •  In charge of managing the organization, which includes setting up new locations and positions, moving workers between locations and positions, and determining job codes, workers compensation codes, and EEO categories.
  •  maintains awareness of legislative developments and how they impact the current benefit plans and schemes.
  •  provides direction on the effect of recent or impending legal changes on employee benefits and HR practices.
  •  helps to create the project requirement documents that are submitted to the teams in charge of the projects and information systems.

  •  As required, special reports are created for the legal, human resources, leave of absence, and benefits departments.

  •  Strong knowledge and experience with Kronos Leave/Accruals and SAP HCM are preferred.
  •  5–7 years of analyst experience.
