- The Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) Supply Chain team is looking for a supply chain analyst with strong business knowledge of the supply chain, a growth mindset, and a passion for helping Starbucks and our licensee customers.
- As a supply chain analyst, you'll be a part of the exceptional team in charge of processing and analyzing customer orders as well as cultivating and upholding relationships with our partners in the Latin America and Caribbean region in order to manage the fulfillment of retail orders. This position has a broad range of responsibilities that touch on all product categories from the perspective of supply and order fulfillment, offering our customers support across a variety of cultural and geographic contexts.

- Manage the timely flow of shipping documentation, make sure that all commercial shipping documentation is accurate and complete and complies with destination country requirements, book international shipments, work with freight forwarders to resolve issues in accordance with established procedures, and maintain shipment records in compliance with customs and tax requirements.
- Select the best mode of transportation while taking cost and transit requirements into account. Make contact with companies that provide transportation services.
- Examine the underlying reasons for purported service gaps in order to evaluate them and offer the Regional Support Centers (RSC), Starbucks Support Center (SSC), and Market Business Unit Supply Chain teams process improvements.
- You can closely coordinate with the Market Business Unit (MBU) to monitor inventory targets and reorder levels while ensuring that replenishment processes consistently result in timely and appropriate product volumes in MBU warehouses.
- For significant partners and clients, prepare cost and service key performance indicator (KPI) reports. What internal processes, outside partners, and service providers did Starbucks do well? Using key performance indicators will help you provide better services at lower costs.
- One example of the tactical support and education that can be provided to markets at all stages of their development is training for forecasting, order capture, transportation, receiving, receiving variance report (RVR), inventory control, and promotions. The Market Business Unit (MBU) can assist you in streamlining processes and looking for ways to cut costs. Create and put into use the tools necessary for the Market Business Unit (MBU) to advance to the next phase of market development.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for questions from international partners about product availability, distribution, and transportation as well as order confirmation, shipment tracking, expediting, and other aspects of the order fulfillment process between Supply Chain and Coffee Operations (SCCO), Starbucks Coffee International (SCI), and Store Development.
- Ensure effective store order management for retail supplies and store development by collaborating with operations management, Starbucks Coffee International (SCI), Regional Support Center (RSC), Market Business Unit (MBU), logistics provider, and local supplier to resolve internal and external issues.

- Experience in customer service or a related field for at least three years.
- 3+ years of supply chain experience and/or a degree in supply chain management or a related field.
- excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint from Microsoft Office are required.
- Experience with Oracle Order Management is advantageous but not necessary.
- Spanish and English fluency in the candidate is preferred.
- The chosen candidate must be capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
