The position of Supervisor, Service Operations assists the Medicare Claims Department. One of the duties is overseeing a group of claim benefit specialists. Others include working with and supporting both internal and external business partners and keeping track of daily claim inventory. accountable for customer growth, retention, and satisfaction through efficient, competitive service delivery. To meet and/or exceed customer expectations, superior claim services can be achieved by integrating quality, claim inventory, and resource management.
- - In charge of ensuring member and provider growth, retention, and satisfaction through the successful provision of market-competitive services.
- - Has administrative authority over a local service center that handles claims processing.
- - Develops, reviews, and analyzes performance reports for each account about the plan, as well as trends in service performance, and suggests specific actions or fixes as necessary. - Develops, trains, evaluates, and coaches staff regularly; provides candid, prompt feedback for improvement; and keeps track of training plans to ensure that training requirements are met.
