It will be necessary for this position to identify significant issues, formulate a plan for resolving them, collaborate with numerous cross-functional teams to conduct analyses, develop and deliver management-level recommendations, and implement coordinated programs and initiatives.  As a strategist, you'll oversee various plans.

  •  Utilize inconsistent data from various sources to generate coherent reinvestment guidance while you independently analyze store data with little guidance.
  •  You can assist the market planning cycle by developing a comprehensive plan for store renovations, remodels, reformats, expansions, or possible closures.
  •  To lead projects, act as the strategy team's representative, and work cross-functionally in order to design processes, shape data collection for insights, and support the solution of strategic problems.
  •  Encourage internal collaboration between various departments to create marketing plans that are successful and in line with Starbucks' mission, values, and strategy.
  •  The macroeconomic environment and larger market trends should be considered when making decisions.
  •  Improve the current store process even further by influencing upcoming metrics and data.
