•  As a member of the Autobidder Operations team, you will use your knowledge of wholesale energy markets to assess and document the efficacy of the fleet's expanding global network. You will be responsible for creating insightful and practical analyses as well as communicating complex and nuanced topics to a range of audiences and making presentations to internal and external stakeholders. Your work will involve real-time monitoring of Autobidder while balancing risk and expected returns from various trading strategies, supporting operating committee reviews, informing the deployment of new trading strategies under specific market conditions, and working closely with Trading Engineers.
•  By encouraging ongoing improvements in battery revenues and accelerating the adoption of storage needed to support high renewable power systems, you will help Tesla's mission to hasten the world's transition to sustainable energy. You are enthusiastic about engaging in open-ended analysis and applying it to offer real value. You tend to favor action and work best in nimble interdisciplinary teams.

 Your Plan of Action.

•  Recognize and describe how the global Autobidder fleet performed in comparison to actual and simulated industry benchmarks.
•  Set up clear KPIs, track them, and report on them while making recommendations to improve field performance.
•  Develop analytical and reporting tools with Python support to monitor the performance of the wholesale battery fleet and provide data for upcoming trading decisions.
•  Involve algorithm and software engineers in the automation and scaling of reporting tools.
•  Utilize our distinctive simulation platform to plan batch experiments, and then conduct forensic analysis on the data to comprehend performance and identify potential algorithmic improvement areas.
•  Organize and lead recurring meetings with Tesla personnel, customers, and outside groups to talk about fleet performance in general.
•  The Autobidder market's on-call rosters should be switched around.
