Summary.

 Our company is seeking an IT leader with a delivery-oriented mindset who can handle multiple tasks and act as a Senior Scrum Master to manage multidisciplinary engineering teams. under general supervision, facilitates and manages the Scrum process from planning to delivery. To ensure that all objectives and requirements are satisfied, the product owner and development team may collaborate as a liaison. maintains the backlog of products. adopts measures to get rid of or deal with process barriers. In this position, you will be expected to make decisions that will have a moderate to significant impact on the project team, the project budget, the department, the work group, and/or the client. Given that they will be working in a quick-paced and dynamic environment, the selected candidate must be able to work both independently and as a member of an Integrated Nexus Team. The Senior Scrum Master is a crucial leadership position in IT, supporting numerous software development teams and mentoring new scrum masters. By mentoring, supervising, and ensuring compliance with agile principles and practices, the Senior Scrum Master provides ongoing support. The chosen candidate will preside over scrum ceremonies and meetings as a facilitator and mentor for the Product Owners and teams building cutting edge software. The Senior Scrum Master will provide support for the more challenging development teams.

 • Take charge of all Scrum rituals, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily sprints, reviews, and retrospectives; and provide reports on the team's progress and alignment with overall business goals.

 • Supports backlog prioritization and refinement by coaching the product owner. Ensure that epics and high-level stories are broken down so that development teams can use them in upcoming sprints.

 • Promote dialogue among teams so they can cooperate to remove barriers, allowing teams to self-organize and boost productivity.

 • Implement and enhance current procedures to keep track of team velocity and sprint/release progress.

 • Check that common scrum practices and sprint objectives are being adhered to.

 • Serve both internally and externally as the technical authority who is accepted by peers.
