Summary.

 Our company is looking for a Senior Scrum Master who can lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and take on various roles during the delivery process. oversees and facilitates the Scrum process from planning to delivery with general guidance. The product owner and development team may cooperate to ensure that all objectives and requirements are satisfied. keeps track of the backlog for products. eliminates or deals with process obstacles. Supporting numerous software development teams and mentoring new scrum masters, the Senior Scrum Master is a crucially important leadership position within IT. By coaching, facilitating, and ensuring that agile principles and practices are followed, the Senior Scrum Master provides ongoing assistance. The selected candidate will lead scrum ceremonies and meetings and serve as a facilitator and mentor for the Product Owners and teams creating cutting edge software. The Senior Scrum Master will offer assistance to the more complex development teams.
