- By leading the development and updating of the QMS system with the Plant Departmental Teams, you can improve processes and products using QA and QMS methodologies.
- Create a schedule for and carry out internal audits of all departments and areas, identifying process strengths and weaknesses and ensuring business and process effectiveness.
- Reviews the audit findings with the auditees and management staff as necessary, issuing and validating the corrective actions for the findings, and closing the audit.
- By successfully completing and submitting assignments and action plans on time, you can maintain QA and QMS metrics.
- Support the multi-departmental creation and implementation of quality standards as part of the Tesla Quality System to guarantee that our products live up to the expectations of our target customers.
- Maintain and improve the document control and record-keeping procedures for each area you have been given.
- Gap analysis ought to be carried out in the initial stages of the creation of new systems, and the department leaders ought to be given the findings so they can enhance their processes and procedures.

How much you plan to bring.
- a minimum of five years of experience in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering, or the equivalent amount of experience and proof of exceptional ability (preferred).
- Working understanding of IATF16949, ISO9001, AS9000, or an equivalent system in a manufacturing environment (3+ Years Preferred).
- ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 Lead Auditor Certification (Preferred).
- Intercompany Internal Audit Training with a proven track record of audits is required, or internal auditor certification for ISO9001 and/or IATF16949 (Preferred).
- It is necessary to comprehend the Core Tools for corrective action.
- Outstanding communication abilities in the areas of oral, written, computer, and presentation.
- Traveling abroad and domestically is possible and/or willing (5–10%).
