This Senior Manager works with operational Teams in our Network Operations Control (NOC), which serves as Southwest's hub for major operational decisions and coordination, and Teams across Network Planning and Technology to strategically plan future directions. This role informs Leaders of findings, updates, and strategic plans using analytics and data storytelling. Additionally, it continues to be in charge of departmental alignment and performance. The Sr Manager Planning & Delivery is eager to join this innovative and powerful Team where they will forge relationships with many different company stakeholders. salaries and benefits:.
Depending on qualifications and experience, the average competitive market salary falls between $$144,200 and $160,200 per year*. For qualified Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the Company's discretion.
