This is a hybrid position that requires employees to spend at least three days a week on-site at our corporate campus in Dallas, Texas.  The Senior Analyst shall implement and maintain Southwest's Adobe Analytics development processes and analytical technology tools. Analytics Analyst for digital data. This person must be passionate about requirements gathering and documentation to ensure that quality is maintained throughout projects. This position works closely with several Marketing and Technology groups to put into practice solutions that affect data-driven decision-making across all of Southwest's digital properties.

 Responsibilities.

  •  Utilizing Adobe Launch, implement tagging across digital platforms to meet the needs of analysts and business owners as outlined in the requirements.
  •  Apply knowledge and skills of development and testing to solve a variety of problems in the validation of technical implementation setups.
  •  Working with other analysts and consultants on the team, help elevate Adobe Analytics and consistently apply best practices.
  •  Work closely with customers and cross-functional departments to effectively communicate project statuses and proposals.
  •  Each step of a project's execution should be documented so that it can be referred to in the future for maintenance and upgrades.
  •  Locate and resolve issues that arise throughout the design, testing, maintenance, and implementation processes.
