 Summary of the position.

  •  to create and share timely, accurate, and business-actionable insight by utilizing modeling, visualization, and optimization. They are in charge of summarizing, evaluating, and predicting operational performance and KPIs. With site leadership, operations, and finance, communication about efficiency, customer needs, account-specific concerns, and insight into the business, operations, and customers is encouraged.
  •  employs methods of reflection, foresight, and insight to communicate complex conclusions and recommendations and persuade listeners to take action.
  •  uses their understanding of business and data structure to identify and/or foresee problems that data can be used to solve.
  •  continuously examines operational activities using databases, spreadsheets, and appropriate software.
  •  To shorten the Cycle Time to Action (CTA), use data visualization to gain timely insights and discoveries.
  •  finds opportunities for site operations to reduce costs, improve operational efficiency, and raise service standards.
  •  Supports account startup analysis and/or report implementation as needed.
  •  Personalized and customized site and/or customer reporting should be created.
  •  internal and external reporting is made easier and/or automated.
  •  may research and make recommendations for new information and technological systems.
  •  The feasibility of different procedures and pieces of equipment may be studied in order to increase operational efficiency.
  •  collaborates with Finance to create financial models that analyze productivity and payroll, calculate costs, benefits, and business impacts, and make recommendations for improvement.
  •  makes use of predictive modeling to assist in decision-making.
  •  develops, designs, and implements methods and practices for Operations' data gathering and reporting.
  •  by collaborating with the Operations Systems group, makes sure that technical issues and problems are quickly located, addressed, and fixed.
  •  On issues relating to the modeling of customer solutions, such as the provision of data and pertinent insight for customer objectives, coordination with the ILD group is possible.
  •  assisting senior leadership and finance in creating a model for the annual labor budget based on operational and profile changes.

 Necessary education and experience.

  •  Required: A bachelor's degree in a related subject, such as business, logistics, math, or statistics, or equivalent work experience.
  •  Analytical experience of at least one year is necessary.
