 Description of the position.

 Combining knowledge and analytics to produce and deliver timely, accurate, and practical insight to the business using modeling, visualization, and optimization. in charge of documenting, analyzing, and predicting operational performance and Key Performance Indicators. Maintaining communication with site management, operations, and finance to discuss efficiency, client needs, account-specific issues, and insights into the business.

  •  tries to influence others to act by communicating complex conclusions and advice using methods of hindsight, insight, and foresight.
  •  uses business and data structure knowledge to identify and/or anticipate issues that can be resolved with data.
  •  uses databases, spreadsheets, and other relevant software to continuously analyze operational activities.
  •  Utilize data visualization for timely insights and discovery to decrease Cycle Time to Action (CTA).
  •  assists site operations in finding opportunities to improve operational efficiency, increase service standards, and reduce costs.
  •  as needed, assists with account startup analysis and/or report implementation.
  •  Create individualized and customized site and/or client reporting.
  •  Internal and external reporting is automated or made simpler.
  •  It may be investigated and recommended to use new technologies and information systems.
  •  It is possible to conduct feasibility studies on various processes and equipment in order to increase operational efficiency.
  •  Creates financial models in collaboration with Finance for the analysis of payroll and productivity, as well as for calculating cost-benefits and business impact and making recommendations for solutions.

  •  establishes, develops, and implements strategies and tactics for operations' data gathering and reporting.
  •  ensures that technical issues and problems are quickly identified, addressed, and resolved by coordinating with the Operations Systems group.
  •  On issues relating to the modeling of customer solutions, such as the provision of data and pertinent insight for customer objectives, coordination with the ILD group is possible.
  •  responsible for assisting finance and senior leadership in modeling the annual labor budget based on operational and profile changes.

 Expertise and education requirements.

  •  A bachelor's degree in business, logistics, mathematics, statistics, or a closely related field is required, or the equivalent in work experience.
  •  A minimum of one year of analytical experience is required.
