Your Doings.
Tesla is looking for motivated college students with a keen interest in site reliability engineering. Our incredibly talented SREs are in charge of planning, designing, and managing crucial infrastructure components. This company's engineering team, which includes interns, collaborates to create new products and services for Tesla.
Any of the groups below may review qualified candidates.
• Applications Engineering: The Connected Systems, Firmware, and Autopilot engineering teams at Tesla need an intern to help with the design, development, management, and operation of the infrastructure and applications. In this position, you will plan, design, implement, and manage ongoing Infrastructure components that support the development of Tesla's technologies and vehicles.
We are a small, savvy, cross-functional team of data engineers and SREs working on the big data platform. We are building a sizable platform for data collection and access that will be used by many teams, including service technicians and autopilot. We must process trillions of events every day due to the sheer number of vehicles on the road, Superchargers, Powerwalls, solar installations, new factories in China and Europe, and, of course, new goods hitting the shelves. On the other hand, we should think about scaling up our hybrid infrastructure.
• Business Operations and Infrastructure: Several services and tools that the Infrastructure Engineering team develops and puts into place power our internal software and processes. The initiatives you fund will allow us to grow at an improbable rate.
Exactly what you'll be bringing.
• Enrolled and pursuing a BS, MS, or higher degree in a relevant engineering program, such as computer science, computer engineering, or electrical engineering.
• Proficiency in at least one of the popular programming languages, such as Python, Go, Java, C++, or another.
• A track record of developing and/or maintaining infrastructure and services.
Nice-to-haves include React, JS, Angular, CSS, MySQL, MS SQL, and Oracle.
• The ability to write clean code and a solid understanding of computer science's core concepts. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other engineering teams; focus on execution and attention to detail.
• A genuine interest in finding out more about how our products are designed, built, and used.
