The Service Support Advisor's role is crucial to the Energy Customer Support Team because it focuses on the customer experience, schedule efficiency, logistics, and supporting business operations needs. Your primary objective is to design the most effective schedule for our maintenance and service teams while simultaneously providing exceptional customer service. Meet Tesla's standards of excellence; perform different obligations and tasks including Armada support, case the board, office managerial, extraordinary undertakings. Help out with general Call Center functions that help the mission to move the world closer to using renewable energy faster.
