 As a member of the Data Assurance team, you will cooperate with other teams within Incident Management, including the Security Operations Center, Incident Response, Hunt, Data Assurance, and Red team, as well as other business partners from both inside and outside of Walmart. A wide range of topics, including Insider Threat, User Behavior Analytics, Data Loss Prevention, Data Classification, and Data at Rest, should be areas in which the ideal candidate is extremely knowledgeable.  As the technical lead, you will oversee the technical and operational strategy for unstructured data scanning, classification, and remediation using data loss prevention as well as other solutions in accordance with internal policies. You will collaborate with internal InfoSec functional areas, Infrastructure, Data Governance, Privacy, and other business areas to align with security, data, and privacy frameworks, initiatives, and policies. You will support the effort to identify ways to use information to affect business decisions at all levels by turning data usage and exposure analysis and trends into practical insights. You will use industry research to improve Walmart's technological environment by looking at best practices in the industry and contrasting in-house processes and solutions to the competition. take the lead in security analysis using threat analysis, trends, and up-to-date business knowledge. based on this analysis, making architectural or diagnostic recommendations for security and risk reduction.
