 In accordance with the terms of any bonus plans that may be applicable, an employee in this position can anticipate a salary/hourly rate between $116,470 and $215,820 in addition to bonuses. •  Both a bachelor's degree in engineering, software engineering, computer science, or a closely related field of study, as well as four years of relevant professional experience, are necessary.
