What to be prepared for.

•  The databases that are used to store data from battery tests, the web applications that are used to view that data, start battery tests, and schedule groups of tests are all property of Tesla's Cell Data Team. Our applications support hundreds of users worldwide, hundreds of test labs around the world, and dozens of different data streams. The software and data engineers on our team work closely with the test engineers who generate the source data and the end users who rely on our applications; as a result, team members have autonomy to define the vision for their products.
•  As a member of the Cell Data Team, you will assist in the planning and execution of the API and database layers for an application that will store data on battery manufacturing and components. The application will be expanded to incorporate this data with our current battery test data and simulation work. By keeping a tight loop between materials and performance, we can improve battery design, lower battery costs, and speed up the switch to sustainable energy.

 Your Doings.

•  For the cell materials database, select the data layer technology and produce the schemas.
•  For the data viewers, create the permissions model.
•  To reach an understanding on needs, the minimum viable product, and upcoming product iterations, collaborate with stakeholders from across Tesla.
•  help in building an extensible and maintainable API layer for database interaction.
•  It is important to mentor and review the code of young engineers.
•  The front end, API, and database layers should all be taken into consideration when creating the application's roadmap. List the essential components.
•  Build dependable testing, logging, and monitoring systems to ensure that the service is performing as expected.
•  For the app, create performance metrics.
