The Secure Delivery team is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee the performance of the secure delivery product and its expansion into new markets while collaborating with teams in retail, last-mile delivery, and customer support. The position will help with product development by serving as the voice of the customer. The position will work closely with the data science and product teams to identify inputs, specify actions, and improve performance. The Secure Delivery team, which is part of the larger Customer Service (CS) organization, is in charge of successfully delivering valuable packages to customers.

 The right person for this job will have extensive knowledge of developing and implementing effective programs and mechanisms. Additionally, they ought to be fully conversant with business and operations in the customer service and last mile organization fields. The ideal candidate is able to see around corners, leans toward action to ensure that the team is ready to successfully accomplish our goals, and gains trust by successfully influencing a wide range of stakeholders. The position manages initiatives that are crucial to the overall success of the company and exposes the holder to senior leadership across the Customer Service and Last Mile organization.

 You will collaborate with numerous business, product, technical, and data science teams from within and outside of CS to identify, define, and specify solutions in this position. You will forge cooperative bonds with the business teams as you collaborate closely to create and implement a program roadmap. Senior management will receive periodic program updates from you. Additionally, you will have a track record of leading teams toward both short-term and long-term systemic changes while evaluating situations. You will encourage innovation, clear the way for it, and actively take part in the leadership of Secure Delivery and Concessions as a disruptive leader.

  •  a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or a related field.
