WHAT WILL YOU DO?

 Data loss prevention, practice governance, and assurance are all responsibilities of the IT Security division for the TJX company. Our global team employs knowledge and in-depth business understanding to inspire confidence in all business partners, investors, and clients.

 You will facilitate strategy and solutions as a member of our Security Monitoring (SecMon) Product Team. To create an 18-month roadmap that prioritizes the services that the Security Monitoring product team will offer to TJX, you will work with your product manager and senior engineers and draw on your expertise in security, including your understanding of adversary tactics (MITRE ATTandamp;CK) and frameworks like NIST CSF. You will set a clear direction for the services offered by your team in order to maximize productivity and value offered to your customers by leading planning sessions, story refinement, maintaining service roadmaps, and participating in quarterly business reviews with key vendors. As the customer's advocate, you will work closely with Security Monitoring stakeholders to establish priorities, coordinate the teams you rely on to provide services, and win support for SecMon.

 WHERE TO LOOK FOR IT.

 We are looking for creative and motivated security-minded professionals who can contribute their real-world expertise and social intelligence to protect TJX and its assets. Working with engineers, Scrum Masters, business partners, and other security experts, you'll modify and improve our security posture as part of our effort to modernize our infrastructure, applications, and cloud services.

•  three to five years of experience creating strategies, creating requirements, or acting as a product owner.
•  2+ years of experience with security governance, practices, and control alignment in a field subject to regulations (SOX, PCI, GxP, GLBA, GDPR, CCPA).
•  demonstrated dedication to assisting highly effective engineering teams through effective capacity planning, work prioritization, and protecting engineers from distractions.
•  It would be preferable if you had knowledge of or experience using security monitoring tools like SIEM, CSPM, and security automation (SOAR) from firms like Splunk, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Pager Duty, and Everbridge.

 Successful applicants will have the following qualities.

•  corresponding professional experience, or an appropriate BA/BS in business or IT.
•  It is preferable to have experience with or certification in SAFe, ITIL (v4), or a certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
•  technical solution deployment experience in a controlled environment (SOX, PCI, GxP, GLBA).

 THE PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS ARE.

•  awareness of the techniques or technologies used in cyber security.
•  knowledge of zero trust architecture (ZTNA), detection and response frameworks, and security orchestration.
•  an understanding of DevSecOps methods in practice.
