 THAT IS WHAT YOU WILL DO.

•  The IT Security organization's broad responsibilities include providing information security across the TJX enterprise, practice governance and assurance, and data loss prevention. Our international team applies knowledge and in-depth business understanding to instill confidence in all business partners, investors, and clients.
•  As a Security Product Owner, you will provide strategy and solutions to the Product Team for our Security Monitoring (SecMon) system. You will use your security knowledge, including understanding of adversary tactics (MITRE ATTandamp;CK) and frameworks like NIST CSF, along with your product manager and senior engineers to create an 18-month roadmap that prioritizes the services that the Security Monitoring product team will offer to TJX. You can create a clear direction for the services provided by your team that will boost productivity and maximize value offered to customers by leading planning sessions, story refinement, maintaining service roadmaps, and participating in quarterly business reviews with key vendors. In order to set priorities, align the teams you rely on to deliver services, and gain support for SecMon, you will work closely with Security Monitoring stakeholders and serve as the customer's advocate.

 WHAT YOU WILL NEED.

 We are looking for creative and motivated security-minded professionals who can contribute their real-world expertise and social intelligence to protect TJX and its assets. In order to improve our security posture as we modernize our infrastructure, applications, and cloud services, you will work with engineers, Scrum Masters, business partners, and other security experts.

•  3 to 5 years of experience creating plans, utilizing agile delivery frameworks, or working as a product owner.
•  A minimum of two years' experience in a sector that is subject to regulations (SOX, PCI, GxP, GLBA, GDPR, CCPA) with security governance, procedures, and control alignment.
•  a dedication to protecting engineers from distractions, prioritizing tasks, and supporting high-performing engineering teams.
•  It is preferred if you have knowledge of or experience using security monitoring tools from firms like Splunk, Microsoft, ServiceNow, Pager Duty, and Everbridge.

 Successful candidates will have the following qualities.

•  related BA/BS in IT or business, or comparable experience.
•  Knowledge of or certification in ITIL (v4), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is preferred.
•  knowledge of implementing technical solutions in a controlled setting (SOX, PCI, GxP, GLBA).

 The following are preferred credentials:.

•  comprehending of Cyber Security methods or techniques.
•  comprehending zero trust architecture (ZTNA), detection and response frameworks, and security orchestration.
•  knowledge of DevSecOps techniques.
