About the Position:
- The Product Detail Page (PDP), which serves as the center of customers' online purchasing decisions, is one of the most important and strategically important pages for an e-commerce website. The PDP must be adaptable enough to meet customer needs while also being knowledgeable enough to recognize their specifications. Giving them the knowledge and assistance they need, will allow customers to make a variety of purchase decisions.
- As Senior Product Manager, it will be your duty to design and implement new features for the Product Detail Page to enhance the Target customer's experience and increase their purchase confidence. To ensure that the Product Details Page is in line with overarching business strategies, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will also use data and customer feedback to optimize and continuously improve the page.
- One must heavily rely on design thinking, content creation and optimization, A/B testing, competitive analysis, and user research to succeed in this position. The development of horizon roadmaps for the squad and partner teams, as well as working on cross-functional co-creation, prioritizing partner intake requests, and balancing revenue-generating opportunities, are all necessary.
- Additionally, successful candidates will already be aware of how these cutting-edge and fascinating technologies can alter how people shop online given the recent explosion in generative AI.
- We are looking for a candidate with proven product management experience in B2C e-commerce or retail, as well as knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence. The perfect candidate is familiar with the top of funnel, UX, customer-facing UI, and capabilities. It will be necessary to create a roadmap, specify and monitor success metrics, write and present business cases, effectively communicate with leadership, establish rapport and credibility, and exercise influence in a highly cross-functional, matrix organization that spans several geographies.
- Product teams at Target are responsible for delivering business outcomes made possible by technological and analytic products that are extremely dependable, easy to use, and maintain.
- Together with other members of the product model, you will work as a senior product manager to develop a thorough product strategy, a corresponding roadmap, and key business objectives (OKRs) for your specific product. You must use your product's knowledge as well as customer feedback and other pertinent data points to evaluate the value, create business cases, and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product. You will assume leadership over a project and work with engineers, UX designers, data scientists, and business partners to deliver a product.
- You will represent the "voice of the product" to key stakeholders to make sure that their needs are met and that the product team gets the direction and assistance it needs to succeed. To prioritize the work that will have the biggest impact on your team and stakeholders, you will create and maintain a product roadmap and backlog outlining the customer themes, epics, and stories.

You will promote a sense of urgency to accomplish goals to overcome unforeseen obstacles. About you:
- 4 years in college (or an experience level equivalent).
- 4+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years in B2C Product Management [frontend user experience, preferably heading Top of the Funnel Work-Stream].
- prior knowledge of and proficiency with e-retailers and B2C eCommerce.
- knowledge of designing solutions with machine learning or artificial intelligence.
- a history of optimizing content and product positioning to increase performance and revenue.
- data-centric and familiar with e-commerce metrics.
- practical expertise with back-end services and technology.
