The team is responsible for aiding in the development of the technology that powers our stunning, state-of-the-art parks, shops, and hotels in both domestic and foreign parks. You will collaborate closely with a variety of teams, such as engineering, product management, finance, and operations, to define roadmaps and requirements and ultimately measure the success of critical guest initiatives. The group creates technology for things like payments, inventory control, sales services, and more.

 Primary responsibilities include.

  •  drives the capability roadmap and creates operational excellence for a unit or team.
  •  Boost the effectiveness of every single one of our procedures.
  •  supports the engineering leadership, product, and project management families' leadership and clients.
  •  mentors new team members on all facets of the program life cycle and provides direction to our engineering teams on roadmap capability, prioritization, and deliverables.
  •  maintains awareness of project status and any potential delay, situation, or concern that could have an impact on the projects' outcomes, and communicates appropriately and effectively with coworkers, clients, and supervisors. acts as a point of contact between the business users and the implementation team.
  •  organizes meetings for projects and programs at the leadership and executive director levels.
  •  Manage and lead technical discussions and program alignment with our business and product partners as the gatekeeper and primary negotiator.
  •  regularly evaluates the available resources to stay current on the best locations to place them. revisits the assessment of the project's current resources to address resource surpluses and shortages.
  •  establishes clear ownership of the program or project, ensures team members have the required resources and timely feedback, and assures team members.
  •  explains to the team's or squad's leadership its situation, issues, and risks.
  •  regularly meets to discuss progress with the team and partners, always keeping the needs and demands of the customers in mind.
  •  Cooperates with engineering leaders to maintain in-depth product knowledge and to make sure that program/project teams and stakeholders are effectively communicated with at all stages of the project.

 Education, training, credentials, certifications, and licenses.

  •  a four-year degree from college in business, IT, or a related field, or relevant experience.
  •  Having worked on projects involving user interfaces, web services, databases, and cloud infrastructure for at least 5 years as a technical product manager, technical program manager, engineer, or engineering manager.
  •  Establish a track record of successfully completing important cross-functional initiatives with high profile and quantifiable outcomes.
  •  strong leadership abilities and technical project management experience leading technical projects involving multiple teams and functional areas.
  •  having experience integrating data and information from challenging or diverse projects.
