Job Details:

You will be responsible for ensuring the success of your team's finance technology products and services as a senior manager at the Anaplan Center of Excellence. This also includes offering financial system support for the Anaplan and Hyperion Planning applications, among other additional financial reporting systems. In addition to supporting governance and optimization of ongoing interactions inside, outside, and between these core systems, the position will supervise a team of experts who will be in charge of overseeing planning, design specifications, training, and testing tasks. While closely working with the technology community, you will oversee the global application of both new and existing technology.

 The main responsibilities and duties for the position are listed below, but they are not all included.

 • Works closely with cross-functional teams and frequently serves as team leader to plan and oversee the creation, development, and implementation of significant financial systems, such as Anaplan.

 • Develop new tools utilizing the Anaplan system to help with strategic initiatives, evolving business procedures, and continuous improvement.

 • Establish yourself as the go-to person for functionality and data definition, and become a master at building models in Anaplan.

 • Boost the proportion of superusers and business awareness of Anaplan.

 • Building organizational capacity, setting team goals, and exhibiting strong teamwork.

 • Manage a team of three to five experts.

 • Ensures effective communication and quick resolution of disputes.

 • Specifies and communicates key roles and processes to ensure that the immediate group of direct reports promotes a winning attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve business results.

 • Assists cross-functional teams in creating plans, carrying out in-depth analyses, establishing goals, and assessing outcomes while working to improve processes. Senior management is consulted to identify process flaws, present data, and make recommendations for improvements.

 • Assures that the systems support the integrated and uniform business practices that they are designed to support. identifies significant issues and weaknesses, makes suggestions for improvement, and organizes the implementation of system upgrades.

 Summary of the Experience.

 • 8+ years of experience in system development, management, and support.

 • Preferable familiarity with Oracle, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Smart View, and Anaplan.

 • Five or more years of experience transforming Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) processes, with preference given to candidates with knowledge of close, consolidation, planning/forecasting, and reporting.

 • Demonstrated a passion for streamlining processes, cleaning up data, and automating integrations.

 • Previous work promoting tool adoption and system knowledge in collaboration with teams from technology, finance, and accounting.

 • The ability to prioritize competing deliverables and deal with resource constraints in order to meet deadlines.
