 Principal responsibilities include.

 The Senior Manager- Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), who is in charge of our CIAM program's technical implementation, is in charge of putting cutting-edge features into practice. You will work closely with numerous teams across the airline to put best-in-class customer identity solutions into place that secure, enhance, and enhance the digital experiences and assets of our customers. The Sr. The Manager of Customer Identity and Access Management is primarily responsible for overseeing and running United's CIAM processes and infrastructure.

  •  Implement and contribute to the roadmap and vision for customer identity and access management (CIAM).
  •  Implementing CIAM program governance, overseeing technical teams, and other tasks are done to ensure alignment with strategy and vision.
  •  You can ensure that CIAM solutions are accomplishing security and business objectives by establishing metrics that encourage corrective action.
  •  We must constantly innovate and enhance our CIAM capabilities in order to add value, enhance the customer experience, and secure our digital assets.

 Qualifications.

 The bare minimum requirements for success are as follows:.

  •  CIAM technologies, practices, and capabilities for at least five years.
  •  3 years or more of experience in leading and advancing teams and people.
  •  CIAM capability roadmaps were created/implemented, and multi-functional execution was overseen to see initiatives through to completion.
  •  comprehensive understanding of CIAM controls, technologies, and standard methodologies (LDAP, user directories, certificates, SAML/OAUTH, MFA, Adaptive Authentication, FIDO, WebAuthN, PKI, Passwordless).
  •  working knowledge of identity verification, fraud detection, and identity proofing technologies.
  •  having familiarity with a CIAM platform, such as ForgeRock, Okta, Ping Identity, or Auth0.
  •  The practical application of CIAM principles in a cloud-first environment.
  •  working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, and other cloud service providers.
  •  CIAM is familiar with the PCI, SOX, and EU-GDPR regulations.
  •  Learn how to convince technology teams to deliver an effective customer identity experience.
  •  understanding of influencing partners and groups without having actual control over them.
  •  coaching-experienced people and leaders who are capable of producing measurable results at different levels.
  •  In order to achieve the goals, trends were identified, changes were suggested, and information and suggestions for strategic plans were provided.
