 Principal duties:.

 The Senior Manager-Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) is a technical leader tasked with implementing innovative features for our CIAM program. You will work closely with numerous teams across the airline to put best-in-class customer identity solutions into place that secure, improve, and enrich the digital assets of our customers. The Sr. The Manager of Customer Identity and Access Management is primarily responsible for overseeing and running United's CIAM policies and tools.

  •  Join in and put the Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) roadmap and vision into action.
  •  CIAM program management, governance, and technical team leadership should be implemented to ensure alignment with strategy and vision.
  •  You can make sure that CIAM solutions are accomplishing security and business goals by establishing metrics that motivate improvement actions.
  •  Our CIAM capabilities must be continuously enhanced and innovated if we are to add value, enhance the customer experience, and secure our digital assets.

 Qualifications.

 What is necessary to succeed (Minimum Requirements):.

  •  for at least five years, CIAM technologies, processes, and capabilities.
  •  assisting teams and individuals, over a minimum of three years in leadership, in realizing their full potential.
  •  A multifunctional execution team was in charge of developing and implementing CIAM capabilities and completing projects.
  •  Deep understanding of CIAM controls, standard operating procedures, and technologies (LDAP, user directories, certificates, SAML/OAUTH, MFA, Adaptive Authentication, FIDO, WebAuthN, PKI, Passwordless).
  •  having a practical knowledge of fraud detection, identity verification, and identity proofing technologies.
  •  a working knowledge of a CIAM platform like ForgeRock, Okta, Ping Identity, or Auth0.
  •  in a cloud-first environment, an understanding of CIAM principles.
  •  working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, and other cloud service providers.
  •  Regulations for CIAM such as PCI, SOX, and EU-GDPR are understood.
  •  Learn how to convince technology teams to provide a simplified customer identity experience.
  •  experience influencing groups and partners without having direct control over them.
  •  leaders who have received coaching at various levels and who can present quantifiable results.
