 As a senior financial analyst on the US Retail Customer, Marketing, Product (CMP) CMP Product Finance Team, you will directly support the planning and performance of Starbucks' products and sales. This position's goal is to oversee weekly and monthly business performance insights that influence decision-making and drive sales results. This role also aids in the creation of quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and strategic plans.

 Senior financial analyst: What are you going to do?

  •  Identify risks and opportunities and provide leaders with strategic and tactical advice by analyzing financial results to determine the financial impact of product performance (beverage, food, lobby, or merchandise).
  •  The process of financial planning is supported by strategic, financial, and quarterly forecasting.
  •  Executive level speaker, telling the story and highlighting the most crucial leadership lessons.

  •  either a bachelor's degree or four or more years of military service in the US.
  •  4 years or more of experience in a position performing financial analysis job duties, such as budgeting, forecasting, planning, and financial reporting.
  •  A position requiring expertise in electronic financial modeling requires a minimum of two years of experience.
  •  at least three years' worth of expertise in a position where you had to present financial analysis and suggestions to a business unit leader.
