AN ABOUT US section.
- Our company's motto is "Make the World a Better Place," and we strive to uphold it by making games. Invention is ingrained in our DNA at Spry Fox. Every time we make a game, we ask ourselves, "How does this game improve your life?" Whether it's making MMOs that promote friendships and discourage toxic behavior, or making unique puzzle games that promote English language learning.
- Spry Fox aspires to be a studio that is enjoyable to work for and an important but not overbearing part of your life. It recognizes crunch as a negative, counterproductive industry practice that should be learned from and avoided in the future. We want you to lead a full life outside of work, including a family, friends, and interests. You should value your coworkers and have faith in their unwavering support. We want you to be proud of your actions and your manner.
- Since we have been completely off the grid for at least ten years, Foxes have taken over the area. Our team's schedules are flexible and entirely within our individual control, but in order for that to function well, we are all online and in contact from 9am to 1pm PST.
- Since we've always prioritized making thoughtful, original games, being a part of Netflix allows us to continue doing what we love with more support and without having to worry about how to make money from it.
