 The B2B Sales Enablement team is in charge of coming up with the go-to-market strategy and operating model for Wayfair Professional, the company's B2B division. We support both long-term plannings for the customer experience that will maximize profitable growth and immediate actions boosting operational effectiveness.

 For assistance in creating the perfect environment for their clients, guests, and employees, thousands of businesses rely on Wayfair Professional. We are aiming to expand and enhance the strategic capabilities that support our growing sales team, given that the size of Wayfair Professional has nearly tripled in the last 24 months. We are looking for an analyst or senior analyst to help our Customer Interactions team develop the customer engagement strategy and operations.

 About this job.

 This role's primary duty is to support the cadencing activities of Wayfair Professionals. Through scheduled tasks, cadences are assigned to the sales floor, ensuring that sales teams meet their customers' needs by utilizing the best communication technique. This position will provide support for numerous tactical and technical aspects that ensure effective cadencing operations.

 This is what you'll do:

  •  Work on projects cross-functionally with the engineering, product, marketing, and sales teams to support the creation and application of sales tasking strategy across sales programs.
  •  master cadencing tools to the fullest.
  •  SalesLoft enables you to create, manage, and analyze sales tasks to streamline the tasking procedure on the sales floor.
  •  To ensure that customers receive the best possible sales treatment, create, manage, and analyze signal processing campaigns that start cadences using GrayMatter.
  •  Salesforce: Work together with the business POCs and engineering partners who manage the customer data ingested by Salesloft and GrayMatter.
  •  Gather requirements from sales and develop thorough business cases for new customer engagement strategies and any technological developments that support them.
  •  Together with the Data Science team, create experimental plans and calculate the effects of different outbound communication approaches.
  •  Own the KPIs for sales tasking, keep an eye on them, and make suggestions.
  •  Watch out for technical issues with tasking operations. Succinctly communicate complex and technical findings to stakeholders while identifying the underlying problems and recording workable solutions.

 To succeed, you must do what is necessary.

  •  4-year degree, ideally in the sciences.
  •  1-3 years of experience working in a quantitative role.
  •  You must have previous Excel and SQL experience.
  •  Python proficiency is preferred.
  •  Strong communication skills and an adaptable mindset are required because you will be expected to communicate with a variety of stakeholders.
  •  the readiness to sift through data with muddy hands in search of key insights.
  •  To identify roadblocks to success, one needs to be adept at probing deeply and performing root-cause analyses.
