 The person in charge of driving customer experience product innovation is responsible for creating a data-driven vision through in-depth stakeholder input gathering and analysis, defining and measuring Objectives and Key Results to drive prioritization of efforts, communicating and gaining support for upcoming features, and executing that vision through a strong partnership with IT.

 Within the Customer Experience and Reservations Division, this position is a member of the Customer Experience Innovation and Delivery Team.

  •  an undergraduate degree in a related field, such as business administration, engineering, computer science, or information systems, or equivalent experience/training.
  •  a three-year pertinent work history.
  •  two years of product development or project management experience.
  •  product ownership, agile project management, project planning, and execution expertise.

  •  having an understanding of how technological systems can support product strategy and Objectives and Key Results (OKR).
  •  being able to thoroughly analyze data and effectively communicate conclusions and ideas to senior leadership.
