- The fast-paced, dynamic Ad Sales COE department is composed of two subgroups that cooperate to manage the billing, revenue, and accounting requirements of The Walt Disney Company's advertising sales.
- The Ad Sales Billing Team is looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst to join our Ad Sales COE Team. As a Senior Accounting Analyst, your duties will include entry planning, accounting, and revenue and ad sales reconciliation. You will work closely with coworkers in sales, controllers, and finance to support a strong and growing ad sales team. The ideal applicant for this position is self-driven, meticulous, pro-active, excellent in communication, and a team player.
Responsibilities.
- Maintain close communication with the other team members to complete the monthly billing and financial close for Disney Advertising Sales (including Hulu, ESPN, ABC, Disney+, etc.). ). ).
- One of the main responsibilities will be to assist with digital ad sales billing when necessary, as well as with journal entries, account reconciliations, and ad hoc reporting related to ad sales.
- Create connections between various teams.
- Collaborate with Collections, Credit, Cash Application, Finance, Sales Planning, and Ad Operations to provide Sales and the Customer with exceptional customer service.
- Work with the teams of collections, sales planning, and ad operations to resolve complex discrepant campaign planning and trafficking. Revisions to any invoices must be made simultaneously, and they must be done accurately and promptly.
- Contribute to the enhancement of process efficiency, standardization, and testing of new system upgrades.
- Other employees should be given guidance and assistance with daily tasks.

The fundamental necessities.
- 0–2 years of experience working in accounting or the financial sector.
- a bachelor's degree in either accounting or finance.
