• Working both independently and as a member of a team, the Retail Store Associate position provides an opportunity to excel in a growing, high-impact, customer-focused role in a leading retail setting and make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Important Functions:

Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks as directed by store manager • Providing customer support to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring departments are fully stocked and operational while remaining current with all updated services and tools • Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of opportunities for growth and career development • Embracing and advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our purpose of helping people

Minimum:

• Maximum of 15.00: 19.00 Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in this job grade. Numerous factors, including location, will be taken into account in the actual salary offer.
• Physical requirements: At least 16 years of age are required

• Standing straight up, especially for long periods of time; • Lifting and using up to 35 lbs. of force on occasion, up to 10 lbs. of force on occasion, and a negligible amount of force on occasion to move objects to and from, including overhead lifting; • Visual Acuity – Being able to perform tasks that require close visual acuity include the following: viewing a computer terminal, reading, and performing visual inspections of small parts and details are all required.
