- Disney Live Entertainment Costuming is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager candidate. This position is the first point of contact for customers with problems or questions regarding character costume products. The quality assurance manager will work with customers from across the company to address problems and convey results. This position will also be responsible for monitoring product quality as it leaves the manufacturing facility to guarantee that it meets quality standards.

- Examine the manufacturing quality of each character costume purchased from internal and external vendors.
- Analyze, keep an eye on, and resolve quality issues.
- Establish and uphold quality metrics and standards.
- Organize and oversee brainstorming sessions for problem-solving.

- Engage in collaboration with partners outside of the department, such as costume directors, buyers, designers, and wearers.
- Conduct a thorough cost analysis and clearly state the return on investment.

- 4+ years' experience in manufacturing, operations, textiles, or clothing.
