•  Disney Live Entertainment Costuming is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager candidate. This position is the first point of contact for customers with problems or questions regarding character costume products. The quality assurance manager will work with customers from across the company to address problems and convey results. This position will also be responsible for monitoring product quality as it leaves the manufacturing facility to guarantee that it meets quality standards.

 You're going to.

•  Examine the manufacturing quality of each character costume purchased from internal and external vendors.
•  Analyze, keep an eye on, and resolve quality issues.
•  Establish and uphold quality metrics and standards.
•  Organize and oversee brainstorming sessions for problem-solving.
•  work together with international clients.
•  Engage in collaboration with partners outside of the department, such as costume directors, buyers, designers, and wearers.
•  Conduct a thorough cost analysis and clearly state the return on investment.
•  Describe issues, plans for solutions, and outcomes to a sizable clientele.
•  Clearly define your partnerships with all parties involved in the product.

 You will possess it.

•  4+ years' experience in manufacturing, operations, textiles, or clothing.
•  knowledge of how to identify and solve problems.
•  an understanding of a unionized cast in practice.
•  understanding of how to compare and analyze costs.
•  the capacity to work with a variety of fibers and furs.
•  comprehensive understanding of technical packets, quality assessments, and clothing design.
•  directing the budgets for projects and the workflow.
•  understanding of Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, and Outlook in practice.
•  Flexibility in terms of the hours worked, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
•  travel capabilities both domestically and abroad.
