This Project Specialist contributes to our goal by providing advisory project, product, and analysis resources for Southwest's Customer use cases on Salesforce technologies. This role collaborates with numerous Customer Experience and Engagement, Digital, Customer Service, and Technology Teams to lead initiatives that have an impact on both internal and external customers. The project specialist is an end-to-end project manager who is committed to ongoing improvement.

Outside of those required visits, you might spend the majority of your working hours away from our Corporate Campus.
