 It is your duty to assist Business Owners and Leads by providing crucial analytical reports and recommendations using your technical, analytical, and claims processing expertise. The person's main focus will be on setting up and reporting Tableau workbooks, helping Claims Operations with daily tasks like analytical inventory reporting, dashboard reporting, and metrics reporting, and being able to support problem identification, solution definition, measurement, and outcome tracking. The operations, SMEs, and IT teams must work together efficiently for the project to be successful. The role has interaction and communication responsibilities at various organizational levels, including direct interaction with cross-functional areas of the business.

 The standard pay scale for this position is:.

•  60,300 at the least.
•  The maximum is 130,000.

 For all positions in the job grade under which this position is classified, this pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary. Based on a number of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors, the actual base pay offer will be determined. In addition to the base pay range already mentioned, this position is also qualified for any CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
