The 20,000 stores (and counting) in 84 nations around the world will be supported by the work of a program manager on our international retail operations team.
As the international retail operations program manager, you will oversee the operational work streams for the Starbucks Digital Solutions (SDS) program, technology initiatives, and retail inventory management projects. This role directly supports the Japanese market, the Asia Pacific (AP), Latin America and Caribbean (LAC), and Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Regional Offices. You will be in charge of selecting and creating strategies, plans, and solutions to deliver the SDS roadmap. You will oversee the work of the working teams and guide a member of the SDS leadership team. For this position, a flexible work schedule is required.

- Long-term plans should be prioritized and backed up. As the primary operations partner for SDS, you will direct the global SDS operations strategy in coordination with the regional operations stakeholders. You will assist the business and technology teams in achieving their goals.
- Assume the role of the primary point of contact for SDS operations. You will facilitate discussion and alignment on all SDS, technology, and inventory-related issues as the liaison between enterprise functional teams, international regional teams, and market teams. This entails streamlining requests, organizing communications, exchanging plans, and providing specialized expertise that will support regional and market teams, foster consistency, and ensure the right problems are being solved that have an impact on profitability.
