Program Manager, Store Labor Optimization! is currently in production.

•  In this position, daily management of the store labor optimization initiative, from strategy to implementation, will take place. This leader will be responsible for managing a team of senior project and associated strategy managers in addition to working on a highly interdisciplinary team with members from Store Operations, Analytics, Starbucks Technology, Retail Communication, and Retail.
•  The salary range for this position may be less than what is displayed depending on the location of the work. $118,100 - $208,700 in annual pay.

 If you live in the greater Seattle area, you can work from home at our flexible office. Partners may work remotely up to four days per week in addition to coming into the office on average 1-2 days per week.
