Job Details:

This individual will assist in the implementation of projects to enhance the operational efficiencies of the department as a member of the Information Governance and Privacy Operations (IGPO) team. This position will also provide assistance to other IGPO departments, including the Consumer Privacy team.

Primary responsibilities and duties include:

• Participating in discovery and analysis efforts to evaluate business requirements, develop requirements, and coordinate with the Technology and Controls team or other teams as necessary under the direction of the Sr.
• will be a priority function for the business analyst. Manager of Operations for Information Governance and Privacy.
• The analyst will support the Consumer Privacy team by receiving and managing a daily report of consumer requests, deciding on the next step,
• which may include coordinating with legal counsel and interacting with teams throughout the organization, following up on communications with consumers, and keeping a detailed status of all activities.
• In order to verify that privacy controls are in place, this position may also work with the Assurance and Risk team on compliance monitoring tasks like researching IGPO or business activities.

The creation, upkeep, and management of IGPO operations documentation like job aids, onboarding guides, team templates, and so on will be a secondary duty for this position. Additionally, this position will assist executive communication by organizing information from team leaders into PowerPoint presentations or other forms of communication and collecting and coordinating that information. Additionally, this position will assist with meeting preparation and planning.

• Minimum: 40,560 at most: 83,400 Please keep in mind that this range represents the range of pay for all positions in this job grade. Numerous factors, including location, will be taken into account in the actual salary offer.

Qualifications Requirement:

• Two years or more of experience using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year's experience communicating with senior management in a large organization. Other experience as a business analyst is also preferred.
• 1 or more years of experience or training in process improvement methods (like LEAN, kaizen, or another similar approach).
