 builds the most advanced or industry-leading identity and security platforms to protect the dependability of digital networks, systems, applications, and data. To protect the integrity of the company's digital network, systems, applications, and data, the company takes the initiative to design, improve, create, run, and automate crucial identity and information security solutions and processes.

 Duty in the workplace.

•  The creation of the most advanced or industry-leading technical security programs ensures the integrity of digital networks, systems, applications, and data. To protect the integrity of the organization's digital network, systems, applications, and data, leads the development, construction, operation, and automation of critical information security solutions and procedures.
•  advises internal development teams on defensive coding, identifies software vulnerabilities, and anticipates threats.
•  Organizes meetings with customers and internal business partners to design and develop information security requirements and conduct risk analyses.
•  On incredibly complex security projects, provides technical leadership to handle the trickier security issues.
•  participates in complex security risk analyses and reviews of third-party contracts, software, and service providers.
•  keeps up with changes in security laws and regulations.
•  develops new or improved technical tools, and technical/business approaches, or may take the initiative in doing so.
•  proactive assessment of potential risks and openings for network and system vulnerabilities.

 Requirements are at a minimum.

•  a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of IT security experience, OR a GED or high school diploma and at least 3 years of IT security experience.
•  a minimum of four years of experience working with mitigation and countermeasure techniques for web applications, as well as security protocols, standards, packet analyzers, scripting languages, security management suites, and tools for penetration testing.
•  a background in identity engineering, security applications engineering, or security infrastructure engineering.
•  An understanding of how to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all organizational levels, in the business world, and with suppliers.
•  executive level interactional experience.
•  having spent at least two years contributing to financial decisions at work.
•  3 or more years of direct, indirect, or cross-functional team leadership experience.
•  being willing to travel for both inside-state businesses and outside-the-state at a rate of up to or at least 10%.

 Desirable Qualifications.

•  an authority on security automation testing instruments.
•  expert in automating and orchestrating security events.
•  deep familiarity with and expertise in cloud security principles.
•  proficiency in the identity and access management fields.
•  programming expertise in at least one of Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, Perl, etc.
•  A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or mathematics is strongly advised.
•  Having multiple projects with various completion dates in one's time management repertoire, and prioritizing, organizing, tracking, and meeting deadlines for each of them.
•  a working knowledge of data analysis and reporting to identify issues, trends, or outliers that can be used to enhance results and find solutions.
•  CISSP or CISA, if possible.
