 Requirements minimal.

•  Either a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of IT security experience, OR a GED or high school diploma and at least 9 years of IT security experience.
•  At least 4 years of experience working with security standards, protocols, tools for assessing vulnerabilities, packet analyzers, scripting languages, security management suites, tools for penetration testing, and mitigation and countermeasure strategies for web applications.
•  knowledge of identity engineering, security applications engineering, and/or security infrastructure engineering.
•  relationships with people at all organizational levels, in the business community, and with vendors.
•  knowledge of interacting with executives.
•  2 years or more of experience helping to make financial decisions at work.
•  a minimum of three years of experience in either direct, indirect, or cross-functional team leadership.
•  able to take business trips both inside and outside the state up to or at least 10% of the time.

 Preferable Qualifications.

•  expert in security testing automation.
•  expert in orchestrating and automating security events.
•  a thorough understanding of and experience with cloud security principles.
•  domain knowledge in identity and access management.
•  programming languages (Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, Perl, etc. ) at the expert level.
•  Highly preferred is a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or mathematics.
•  having prioritizing, organizing, tracking, and meeting deadlines for multiple projects with different completion dates as part of one's repertoire of time management techniques.
•  experience gathering, analyzing, and reporting data to locate problems, trends, or outliers that can be used to improve outcomes and find fixes.
•  Preferably, CISSP or CISA.
