 The following are the main duties.

  •  Analyze multidisciplinary initiatives for quick cyber incident response and support resolution.
  •  coordinating the assessment of various responses to well-known cyber incidents.
  •  Analyze multifaceted response tactics for proactive hunting engagements.
  •  Use the most recent frameworks for analysis and hunting.
  •  Results of all efforts should be succinctly and precisely documented.
  •  Working with outside parties like law enforcement, cyber insurance companies, lawyers, and others as necessary.
  •  Improved internal and external partner interlocks should be implemented, and you should make sure to test them frequently to make sure they are still working properly.

 What is necessary to succeed (Minimum Requirements):.

  •  university diploma.
  •  8+ years of enterprise-level incident response experience.
  •  industry-related credentials like the CISSP, CISM, CISA, GCIH, CFCE, GFCA, and/or GCFE.
  •  Expert level understanding of every aspect of the interconnected Intel-Detect-Analyze-Respond ecosystem is necessary. This includes Communication, Legal, Public Relations, Cyber Insurance, IR Plans, IR Playbooks, Forensics, War Gaming, Threat Hunting, Detection Technologies, Intelligence, Attack Lifecycles, and much more.
  •  A strong sense of urgency was demonstrated along with excellent pragmatic problem-solving skills and the ability to identify, evaluate, and address issues.
  •  Lead a multifunctional response to bring initiatives to fruition.
  •  across all levels and functions, cybersecurity incidents and events were successfully managed, mitigated, and prevented.
  •  preferably in highly advanced commercial settings.
  •  a capacity for converting technical outcomes into business impacts and communicating those in a way that non-technical audiences can understand.
  •  enhanced cybersecurity initiatives, incident response, and other projects in cooperation with executives.
