Wayfair is looking for a vivacious, knowledgeable Manager to lead Strategic Analytics and assist the global functions of Project Management, Change Management, Quality, Coaching, Training, and Learning Experience Design. The management of the strategic planning and execution of the data insights, functions, and tracking necessary to support these programs will fall under the purview of this individual. We are looking for a Data Leader with a creative mindset toward using data to drive results, technical prowess, and a desire to drive scalable strategic advancement in the program.
Your Strategy.
- The development and advancement of Wayfair's data strategy will be aided by maintaining a laser-like focus on the company's customer support in line with corporate objectives and growth projections.
- This position's duties include managing a remote team of data and business analysts, collaborating with stakeholders and project managers to determine needs, and applying tried-and-true methodologies to implement creative and innovative solutions.

- To conclude data, continually develop algorithms and analytical models.
- Utilize data mining, statistical analysis, and machine learning to spot patterns and trends.

- Evaluate the current data pipelines and build new, strong, and sustainable pipelines via APIs as necessary to guarantee that the data used for analysis and insights is of the highest quality.
Requirements.
- a master's or bachelor's degree in information systems, business, engineering, computer science, or another related field.
- 3 or more years of reporting and analytical experience.
- managing various reporting tools with the help of tools like SQL, GBQ, Google Studio/Tableau, Python, etc.
- the ability to speak the language of our business partners and influence the strategic direction for reporting, analytics, and data quality capabilities.
- knowledge of successfully managing change, and guiding a business forward in a rapidly expanding environment.
